Dermal Fillers Treatment

Replenish Lost Volume.

Men and women in the Nashville area are increasingly turning to Dr. Siragusa for natural, subtle, and beautiful results with dermal fillers. Wrinkles themselves are invisible to the human eye—what you see are shadows created by the uneven contours of the skin caused by underlying wrinkles. The key to a youthful appearance lies in minimizing these shadows and smoothing facial transitions, which can be naturally achieved with dermal fillers.

Dermal fillers gently plump and lift the skin, addressing volume loss caused by aging while treating fine lines and wrinkles. Many of today’s fillers use proteins naturally found in the skin and can even stimulate collagen production, offering longer-lasting results over time.

As a board-certified vascular surgeon, Dr. Siragusa has a deep understanding of facial anatomy and utilizes advanced techniques refined through years of experience. He addresses areas often overlooked by less experienced injectors, ensuring patients achieve their aesthetic goals.

How do Dermal Fillers Work?

How Do Dermal Fillers Work?

Dermal fillers contain hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance in the body that helps lessen the appearance of wrinkles and restore lost volume. Some fillers also stimulate collagen production for longer-lasting results, such as Sculptra® and Radiesse®.

What to expect?

Before treatment, the skin is cleansed, and a topical numbing cream is applied for comfort. During this time, we evaluate specific areas, take measurements, and discuss the treatment plan. Once ready, small injections are used to administer the filler precisely.

Recovery and Results

Recovery: Redness or swelling may occur but typically subsides within 1–2 days. Swelling may last up to a week, and ice packs can help minimize discomfort.

Results: Visible immediately and can last 6 months to 2 years, depending on the filler and treatment area.
